Hello there! I am Tirth Jain, a computer science undergrad currently studying at BITS Pilani. I’m a software developer with an inclination towards server-sided stuff. I am also a Vim enthusiast and a budding Rustacean.
You can take a look at my resume here .
As for work experience, I am a Teaching Assistant at the Software Development and Education Training Lab at BITS Pilani. As part of that role, I am developing a CMS for the main university website to be shared across all four campuses of BITS Pilani.
Apart from this, I handle all the deployment and scaling operations for Assist, a BITSian startup.
I have dabbled in quite a few fields including but not limited to:
- Backend Development
- DevOps, CI/CD, AWS
- Systems Programming
- Computer Networks, Low Level Networking, SDNs
These days, I am building a fully functional Ping clone in Rust.
When I’m not writing code, I like to go to the gym and lift weights. I don’t know what my 1RM is because I never really bothered testing for it but here are some stats for my max lifts:
While I haven’t officially competed yet, someday I’d really like to.
